Hi, my name is Ed Ghaleb. I'm a 50 year old bodybuilder / business man / husband / father . Many years ago I was introduced to weight training and uncovered the key to personal happiness and used my passion for physical fitness to get ahead in life. I'm a graduate from the University of Houston and I'm certified in physical fitness with ACSM ( American College of Sports Medicine ) and ACE ( American Council of Exercise ). I've operated Bodywise Personal Training in 5 separate locations in south Charlotte since 1989. I also own and operate Snap Fitness Center in South Park. I have dedicated my life to learning everything I could about training through education, experimentation, training certifications and managing a successful personal training business. Everyday I work in an environment I love with people who are committed to reaching their goals. My passion for training and good health runs deep, and I'd like to share that passion with you.

Suzanne has been training with Bodywise Personal Training for 18 years and is fluent in a variety of different disciplines. ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer. Her training approach is highly effective because it varies depending upon the client and their goals. Her numerous years with Bodywise have given her the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and have allowed her to design routines that are specific to each individual client.

I grew up playing sports all my life. When I was younger it was soccer and 2 years of varsity football and basketball. I have two older brothers who introduced me to weight training and immediately I fell in love with it. It was incredible to see how the body responded to the stress placed on it. When you discipline yourself and get results it encourages you to be more disciplined in other areas of your life and found myself to be more confident and positive. Working out also taught me not to shy away from challenges because I understood that most good things in life don't come quick and easy. The other thing I grew to love about working out is that no one can take away your results. While in college, I learned the importance of taking the time to training the body, not just the mind. After college I worked at a mega gym called Life Time Fitness. I then worked in pre operations department at a hospital as a PSA and physical therapy tech on the weekends. This experience is what really drove my passion for wanting to be a personal trainer. After seeing the hospital purchase larger beds to accommodate the growing number of obese people, and after seeing those patients return to the hospital frequently to treat other diseases associated with obesity, I had the desire to keep people from getting to that point and to also recover from it. I am currently a personal trainer for Bodywise Personal Training and I manage Snap Fitness Center in South Park Charlotte, NC.
As you can see, my past experiences have shaped my passion for training. I believe in the benefits of training the body. I believe that with the right guidance, discipline, and motivation YOU TOO can see amazing results and accomplish far more than you ever thought possible. 32 years of experience in health and fitness, Linda Smith is known for her many accomplishments and expertise throughout the industry. At age 56 she continues to offer her knowledge in the area of getting healthy through fitness and nutrition. As a national level female bodybuilder, she brings valuable understanding to her clients. Whether its to lose fat, gain muscle or overall health and nutrition, Linda breaks it down and will teach you how to set and achieve your goals with an everyday easy to follow step by step plan.
Just a little about myself. I taught group exercise classes for 28 years. Then I decided to switch it up to challenge myself on another level, so I entered my first figure competition in 2006. Since then I've won several competitions and moved into bodybuilding. I have made it to the national level and placed 2nd five times. With a win I hope to earn my IFBB pro status soon. My slogan has been, " you first have to have a dream to have a dream come true ".
Aaron Chacon was born in El Paso, Texas and recently moved to Charlotte, NC after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. There, he earned his degree in nutrition and dietetics. He has been a personal trainer for the past 4 years as well as a competitive bodybuilder. He recently joined the staff at Snap Fitness and Bodywise Personal Training to continue his career as a personal trainer. Additionally, Aaron also works as a dietitian in a medical office. This way he is able to take a holistic approach to health and fitness.
Life is too short not to reach your full potential. For the past five years I have been working extremely hard to become the best version of myself possible. Over the course of my journey I have learned a huge amount about motivation, nutrition, training and how to optimize one's lifestyle to achieve a goal. For me one of the primary goals was to build one of the most aesthetic physiques possible for myself. Transforming my body has done an immense amount of good for me not only physically but literally in all aspects of my life! I used to be very shy and could count the number of words I would say in a whole day on two hands. My confidence now is through the roof and I feel the world has opened up for me! Transforming my body through bodybuilding has been the best thing I have EVER done for myself. I feel its benefits can and should be felt by everyone and that my friends is why I have chosen to be a personal trainer. My number one goal would be to get EVERYONE into training and nutrition so that they too could feel like a super version of themselves!
A little background info on me; I am a competitive bodybuilder and fitness model with several years of competitive experience. My passion is mastering the combination of nutrition, training, and supplementation to construct beautiful physiques men or women. I have made Charlotte my home for the past couple years but am from a small town in southwestern Virginia. Up until the past few years I was an endurance athlete excelling in mountain biking, track, and cross country. Growing up I was always very skinny and felt as if i could eat anything and not gain a pound.
I have been a certified personal trainer for the past three years and have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients with various goals. For each client I apply the techniques that I have learned as a competitive bodybuilder to ensure that I optimize their progress as quickly and sustainably as possible to ensure long term progress without hitting plateaus.
